Whew! 2020 is behind us and we are on the road to better things (I just know it)!

With that in mind, we’ve decided to switch things up a bit and give you a few exercises each week that you can add into your current routine or use to get started in building your routine.

This week’s duo would make a great “finisher” to your routine or a quick fix routine for those days when you just don’t have enough time.

Perform 10 reps of each exercise, then repeat with 9 reps, 8 reps, and so on down to 1 rep of each.

Be sure to use weights that are comfortable for you (don’t go too heavy) or do the same exercises with just your body weight.
