This Get Up Off the Floor Workshop will teach you the techniques and strength-building exercises you need to get off the floor with confidence and ease.

  • How to improve your strength & coordination to give you the ability needed to push up safely and efficiently.
  • How to improve your balance & stability to give you more control and better mechanics to help to prevent falls.
  • Multiple ways to get up from the floor safely to suit your body, ability and needs through proper technique.
  • How to improve your flexibility & mobility to increase your range of motion and make moving up and down feel more natural and effortless.
  • How to build confidence in knowing you can get back up should you ever need to.
