That which you do, do with passion!
If you have been reading my emails for long, I would bet that you can see that I am seriously passionate about helping you to live the very best life you can.
That passion started back in my teens and has continued to be my life purpose to this day.
I’ve known too many people who go to work just to make money (not that there’s anything wrong with making money). It’s sad really to watch how frustrated and beat up they get over the years as they work a job they truly dislike.
On the other hand, those who live life passionately always seem to find things they love to do.
Recently my lil’ sis found that she has a true talent for calligraphy and in the past year has become quite passionate about learning all she can to improve her skills so much so that she’s even started a business around it …https://ebullientmarks.com/ (shameless plug- but you really should check this stuff out if you’re in the market for something that’s beautifully one of a kind)
The point is, whether you are working a 9-5 job, learning a new skill or trying out a new exercise routine, do it with passion. Be diligent in maintaining consistency and put your whole heart into what you are doing.
Okay, that was a long lead in to today’s movement challenge but here we go:
Today, I challenge you to do the following 2 exercises back to back performing 10 reps each, then 9 reps each, then 8 reps each, and so on down to 1 rep each. Try your best not to take breaks and remember to modify as needed.
