It’s that time again! I wanted to give you a little spice to add to your workouts this week :o)

Try out this core set and let me know how it goes for you.

Do 3 sets back to back of 30-45 seconds of each exercise. If you need to rest between sets, please do but as you get stronger see if you can lower the rest time or cut it out.

Remember to not push through pain but rather take the opportunity to modify so you can get all of the benefit without the punishment of being injured.
