Today I wanted to address a common exercise that I see people doing wrong ALL THE TIME.
The Bent Over Row.
This exercise is great for working the muscles of your back and even has some secondary benefits through the hamstrings and biceps.
The problem I see with this exercise most often is that the people who are doing this either have a weak core and therefore cannot support their spine correctly or have little to no body awareness to understand their body position and in either case, end up having back pain rather than a stronger back from this exercise.
