Okay, here’s the deal, I know it’s the week of Christmas and you probably aren’t going to get all of your typical workouts in, and for some of you – any of them…I know how this goes ;o). (And for those of you who are die-hards and going to get them all in just because I said you probably wouldn’t…Yay for you!)
