So last week we discussed my distaste for P.E. taught by coaches who yell at you….wait, that wasn’t it. Last week we discussed taking the pain out of your jumps.

Several people responded to that email and I’d like to say thank you! I love hearing from those who are reading this newsletter as it helps me better craft content that you want to read.

Of the people who responded, several asked about how to jump or get the benefit of jumping without hurting their knees or arthritic joints.
