Be A “One-Percenter” – Reach Your Goals

Unless you shape your life/health, circumstances will shape it for you.

Achieving the health and body you want requires work, sacrifice, investment, and persistence.

Strangely, most people don’t ever bother going beyond the surface when it comes to what they want. Goals like l- I want to lose weight, I want to feel better, I want to gain muscle, etc. are surface goals.

 

Get down to the REAL stuff that matters when thinking of your goals. What EXACTLY are they and WHY do you REALLY want to reach them?

It’s hard to reach a destination if you don’t know where it is.

Following others won’t always get you to where you are wanting to go which is why it’s so important to have a plan that is unique to you, your body and your situation.

It really doesn’t matter where you’re starting from…

…only where you want to go.

Have the self-confidence to challenge your current situation. I’m convinced that if the want is big enough, you can do almost anything.

 

Here’s a key tip to making those goals happen:

Write them down.

Only three percent of people have written goals and only one percent review those written goals daily. goals, success, 1%, define your goals

Be a ‘one-percenter.’

There’s no sense in working harder if that work isn’t moving you in the direction you want to go.

So write down those goals and have a great time making them a reality.
